COVID-19 INFORMATION

Please expect significant delays on all orders as a result of COVID-19, with some orders taking up to 2 weeks to arrive. I'm so sorry for this inconvenience!

SHIPPING OPTIONS

$5.00 standard letter mail shipping for all Canadian orders.

$15.00 flat rate shipping WITH tracking for all Canadian orders. 

$25.00 flat rate shipping WITH tracking for all US & International orders.

Please note that if you do not choose a shipping option with tracking, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. You will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been expedited. All orders (excluding commission orders) ship within 2-3 days, but please understand that I'm just one person and allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. International orders may take longer depending on transit times to your country. Please contact me immediately at natasharunions@hotmail.com if you need your order by a specific date, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

PACKAGING

All commission orders, prints, and originals are packaged in waterproof mailing sleeves and shipped flat. Larger canvas pieces will be shipped in boxes with bubble wrap. Please try to reuse or recycle your packaging after receiving your order.

RETURNS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you include a photo of the damage, or that you send the item back first.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

In the case that you suspect your order has been lost in transit, or stolen, please contact me at natasharunions@hotmail.com. If you have not purchased tracking unfortunately I cannot be responsible for this.
For Canadian orders with tracking, I will refund any items that have not arrived in 12 weeks. For International orders with tracking, I will refund any items that have not arrived in 6 months.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I ship from Canada to every country, but since transit times vary widely by country, I'm unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of Canada. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred.
